Establish the property, questions, available records and intended role. Define the deliverable and review suitability and conflicts before accepting the assignment.
Use iGUIDE 360-degree/LiDAR capture to record visible conditions at the time of inspection and obtain measurements for estimating. The capture records that visit, not the original loss date.
Connect observations, photographs, measurements and supporting documents to the estimate. Link before/after photographs and subsequent repairs with their own dates and sources kept distinct.
Deliver the agreed assessment, estimate or organized record. For expert support, visual aids can help explain damage and calculations to jurors. Appraisal, umpire and mediation appointments have separate roles.
