The inquiry form stores the details you submit so your assignment can be reviewed and you can be contacted.

We request your name, email, optional phone and organization, service of interest, property category and city/state, and a short overview. Do not include confidential files, policy numbers, payment information or sensitive personal information.

On the live site, requests are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. Access to the intake desk is restricted to the authorized site operator. Submitting the form does not email clients, upload documents, sign an agreement or create a professional engagement. A reference appears only after the database accepts the request. The local development preview uses separate storage on Larry’s computer.

The service records submission time and a daily one-way identifier derived from the connection address, or email when the address is unavailable, to limit abuse. It does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Your details remain in the intake record until removed by an authorized operator. Do not use this form for time-sensitive legal deadlines.

To request a correction or removal, submit a short request with your earlier reference and contact email. Please do not repeat confidential details. Access to the owner’s intake desk uses ChatGPT sign-in.
