File support & documentation
A clear record of what was observed, measured and relied on.
Connect the inspection record to the documents behind the assessment. Mad River organizes observations, photographs, measurements and estimates so another professional can follow the reasoning and calculations.
When this helps
When owners, contractors or legal teams need to understand a damage file, reconcile supporting information or prepare for review.
The role
Organize and cross-reference available records, identify missing information, and distinguish inspection observations from material supplied by others.
What you receive
An organized file with references connecting the inspection record, photographs, measurements, estimate and supporting documents; dates, sources and information gaps remain clear.
Focus of the service
- iGUIDE imagery preserves visible property conditions at the time of inspection
- Before/after photographs and photographs of subsequent repairs can be linked to the inspection record
- Each photograph or document retains its own date and source; later or earlier material is not presented as part of the original inspection capture
Does the inspection record show the original loss?
It shows visible conditions when the inspection took place. Photographs and documents from other dates can provide additional context, with their dates and sources kept distinct. The record does not recreate unseen conditions or establish a cause by itself.
